The ProfileCourier Classic Customization Manager allows you to customize the features of ProfileCourier for your end users. Use the Customization Manager to:
- Define validation fields for end-user identification, e.g. badge number, e-mail address and other public information, unique to the end user.
- Determine an authentication field to verify your end-user's identity, e.g. PIN, Mother's Maiden Name and other private information, unique to the end user.
- Provide customized instructions, help text and error messages to your end users.
- Select fields that users can modify to update their profile.
- Configure ticketing and email notification for successful and unsuccessful profile actions.
